Just came back from my boat on Long Island, New York; its Feb 14. Outside temperature is 4 degrees boat is water with water temp. Of 34 degrees. Have two Xtreme heaters one in engine room and one in aft compartment – both spaces were 35 degree.
Engines not winterized; both started right up. These Xtreme Heaters are great. They give you piece of mind and dealing with Steve (at Xtreme) was very easy.
