Shipping policy

Xtreme Heaters strives to get all orders shipped within 1 business day.  Several conditions outside of our control may prevent this:

• We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
• High order loads (typically encountered during cold spells)  
• Shipping times may be affected by carrier pickup schedules.  These delays may be due to high shipping demand, weather, variation of pickup times or other carrier related situations that are out of our control.

If overnight shipping is requested, we prioritize these orders and do our best to get the order out the same day but cannot guarantee this.  If you require same day shipping, please call to verify that we can accommodate you.

For any shipment that is refused, you will automatically be charged $5.00 or 10%, whichever is greater, to cover costs associated with processing your order and return. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Damaged Products: If your product has been damaged in shipment, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt via email at  info@xtremeheaters.com or by phone at 877-360-4328.
