We stand behind the quality of our products. If your Xtreme Heater becomes defective within five years of the invoice date, we’ll be happy to repair or exchange it—same item only—based on our discretion and the condition of the return.
For non-defective returns, we ask that you contact us first for approval. Return and refund requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase date. All returns must be in “as-new” condition with original packaging, manuals, accessories, and warranty cards included. Any missing items or damage may result in a delay or a partial refund.
Please note:
Shipping is the responsibility of the customer or will be flat rate.
A 10% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.
Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment.
