Problem: Winter Risks to Your RV or Camper
As temperatures drop, your RV or camper's water tanks, hot water heater, plumbing, batteries, and other critical components are at serious risk of freezing. When water freezes inside your pipes, tanks, or other systems, it can lead to costly, and sometimes irreversible, damage. For most RV owners, the go-to solution is winterization—calling up the mechanic to drain everything and prepare the RV for months of storage. This often comes with a hefty bill for all that maintenance, and worst of all, you don’t get to use your RV for the entire season.

But what if you didn’t have to shut down your RV all winter? That’s exactly why we created Xtreme Heaters—built by RV enthusiasts, for RV enthusiasts—because we understand the problem and wanted a better solution.

Solution: Xtreme Heaters
Our Xtreme Heaters are built to protect your RV’s most vital components—like the engine, batteries, water tanks, hot water heaters, hoses, pumps, and plumbing systems—by keeping key areas at a safe temperature, even when it’s freezing outside. With an Xtreme Heater installed, you can keep your RV ready to go all year round, without dealing with expensive winterization and maintenance costs. Continue enjoying road trips and adventures while others are stuck waiting for warmer weather to return. They're also perfect if your RV is skirted and being used all winter, as they help keep all pipes and plumbing systems from freezing damage, ensuring a hassle-free experience throughout the colder months.

How It Works
The Xtreme Heater is installed in strategic locations within your RV, compartments, storage areas for water tanks, and plumbing spaces, where it continuously monitors the surrounding temperature. When the temperature drops to 40°F, the heater automatically turns on and raises the temperature. It turns off once the temperature reaches 55°F, ensuring a safe range that prevents freezing. The heater circulates warm air around the area, ensuring that all critical components, such as generators, batteries, water tanks, hot water heaters, freshwater wash-down systems, and hoses, remain above freezing and fully protected. Its automatic operation makes it both energy-efficient and reliable, eliminating the risk of frozen systems and allowing you to protect your RV effortlessly.

Why Choose Xtreme Heaters?

  • Trusted Performance: Our heaters are tested and proven to operate reliably in the harshest conditions. Designed specifically for challenging environments, they are built to handle vibrations, moisture, and tough conditions inside RVs and campers.
  • Safe and Effective: Equipped with automatic thermostats, Xtreme Heaters only activate when needed, keeping energy usage low while ensuring your RV is protected from freezing temperatures. They are tested and certified for use in enclosed spaces where safety is crucial.
  • Protects Critical Systems: An Xtreme Heater keeps your engine, belts, hoses, plumbing systems, and water tanks from freezing and cracking. It also protects your RV’s batteries, ensuring they remain functional and ready, even in the coldest weather. By maintaining a safe temperature, it also protects your hot water heaters and fresh water wash-down systems from freeze damage, so your RV stays fully operational all winter.
  • Extended Travel Season: By preventing freeze damage, you can keep using your RV in the colder months for camping, road trips, or just enjoying the freedom of the open road. No more shutting down for winter!
  • Complements Your Winter Maintenance Program: Whether you fully winterize your RV or plan to keep using it throughout the winter, an Xtreme Heater is an essential addition to your winter maintenance routine. It provides extra protection for your RV’s plumbing, and other key systems, reducing risks and making winter care easier. It's especially useful if your RV is skirted and lived in all winter, as it prevents pipes from freezing and keeps everything running smoothly.

Heater Sizes and Compatibility
We offer a range of Xtreme Heaters to fit different RV setups, ensuring optimal performance:

  • Xtreme Heater Small (400W): Ideal for compact RVs, small campers, or compartments with limited space, such as battery compartments and freshwater wash-down systems.
  • Xtreme Heater Medium (600W): Perfect for mid-sized RVs or campers, including motorhomes or larger storage areas. Suitable for compartments with water tanks, generators, and batteries.
  • Xtreme Heater Large (800W): Designed for larger RVs, motorhomes, or campers with extensive storage compartments, multiple batteries, or complex systems. For extremely cold conditions, we always recommend upsizing or adding two heaters for optimal protection.
  • Twin Pack Offering: For larger RVs, those with very large compartments, or skirted RVs, we offer twin packs of heaters, discounted for this need.

Each model is engineered to provide reliable protection for a range of RV and camper sizes, ensuring that no matter what vehicle you own, you can have peace of mind that your engine, plumbing, and other critical components are safe from freezing temperatures. Some setups may require multiple heaters, and RVs stored outdoors or in areas with increased exposure should consider going up one size from the recommendations due to increased heat loss.
