If troubleshooting did not resolve your concerns, complete this form to request warranty repair or service on your Xtreme Heaters product. Be sure to include a thorough description of the symptoms you are experiencing.
Here is how our warranty repair/service process works:
- We will get back in touch with you via email or phone within the next 2 business days.
- It may be beneficial to ask for further information or to work with you on troubleshooting. If it is determined
that the product needs to be returned to the factory for service, we will provide a link with the paperwork to fill out for return. - When shipping a product to us please pack it well so no further damage is incurred during shipping.
- Once we receive your product, it will be evaluated within 10 business days after which we will reach out with a resolution.
* No cost incurring actions will be taken without customers approval.
Please note that we do not accept returns for products that have been tampered with by a consumer; such activity also voids your warranty and could lead to personal or environmental damage.
