Shipping Policy
Fast and Reliable Delivery
We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within one business day, excluding weekends, holidays, or delays due to hazardous weather or carrier issues beyond our control. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Method
Unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase, we select the most economical carrier and rate to deliver your order. Orders over $400 require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.
Damaged Shipments
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at 1-877-360-4328 or via our [Contact Page](https://www.xtremeheaters.com/contact). You may also complete our [RMA Form](https://www.xtremeheaters.com/rma) to report shipment issues. Retain all packaging materials for inspection by the carrier.
Returns Policy
Non-Defective Returns
To return a non-defective item, you must request authorization within 30 days of your order date by contacting our returns department at 1-877-360-4328 or via our [Contact Page](https://www.xtremeheaters.com/contact). Complete the [RMA Form](https://www.xtremeheaters.com/rma) and include a copy in the return package. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Condition: Items must be in as-new condition, in original packaging, with all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
- Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and must be prepaid.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved non-defective returns.
- Refused Shipments: If you refuse delivery, a $9.00 or 10% fee (whichever is greater) will be charged to cover processing and return costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective Returns
If your heater becomes defective within the 5-year warranty period, contact us first for troubleshooting assistance at 1-877-360-4328 or via our [Contact Page]
If is determined that repair or exchange is needed, complete this service form and follow the instruction for shipping it back to Xtreme Heaters. Approved defective items may be returned for repair or same-item exchange, subject to our inspection. Return shipping for defective items must be prepaid, but we’ll cover return shipping for warranty repairs if the defect is confirmed.
