The heater works as intended
I had trouble with the shipping. Paid 2 day air for medium heater and bracket. Received in 7. Weather in the middle was part of delay. UPS said sender could request refund of shipping. Received zero cooperation from customer service. Emailed them. Responded once telling me to contact UPS, which i did,. I emailed back several times. They didn't bother with a reply. Very unsatisfied with their customer service
