Horrible customer service if you have any questions

Last year, I tried to contact them over the phone in through email and no one ever gets back with you. Then, I tried to do the same thing this year and the exact same thing happened.
I purchased something else from a company that actually has people that can call you back, and this is inexcusable, and I had a friend who also tried to contact them and had the same problem.

If this turns out not good, I'll change my rating, but the concept seems sound. I need to set it on something to keep it dry. It's a tiny little thing with a good thick cord.

When I was young and “cash challenged “ I knew I had to do something to keep my engine compartment warm. I could not afford a damaged block, engines cost thousands of dollars, replacing one out of my limited funds was out of my reach. So I tried various ways to keep the engine above freezing. I always winterized the engine in addition to having a source of heat . I even went through the light bulb and can phase, that ended when the LED bulbs came out. Not as much heat generated. Anyway my issue with funds drastically improved, and I purchased an Xtreme Heater. No more long winter nights worrying about my boats engine. I have had one of the smaller heaters for 12-15 years. No issues with the unit, none , nada! I keep my equipment in top condition, store them in my garage during the summer and check them out throughly before using them for the winter. Did I say I was a professional engineer? That’s why I am so anal about my equipment’. I now have my dream boat, a Hans Christian 38T. I still trust my Xtreme heater to protect my engine in winter. I live in Tennesse, but it can still get bitterly cold in the winter. I will continue to protect my engine with an Xtreme heater, and will do so as long as I have the boat! There is no question this is one of the best piece of marine equipment on the market. Don’t wait, get one of these jewels, trust me you will sleep better on those long winter nights.
