About this Heater

Small, Quiet, Lightweight, Portable and Safe Space heater for Boats, RVs, and Campers

The Xtreme Cabin Space Heater is designed to help keep your Boat cabin, RV, Camper, or other small spaces comfortable during the fall and winter months. This versatile safe space heater features quiet operation, a low profile, and a stable base that prevents tipping. Drawing air from the top, this heater can be placed up against walls or on carpeted surfaces without blocking the air intake. The 1500-Watt heat setting will quickly warm your living space, while the 750-Watt setting efficiently maintains comfortable temperatures. The 6-foot power cord offers more flexibility for heater placement, independent of outlet locations.

A light rattle may be heard if this heater is shaken or moved. This is normal and is caused by the internal tip-over safety switch. This is a safety feature that helps shut the heater off if it is not level, off-center, or not sitting flat. The heater contains no loose or moving parts.

Important Safety Notice: Do not operate this heater on the 1500W setting when the area is unattended. This heater, like any high-output heater, should never be left running without proper supervision. As a general safety practice, we do not recommend leaving any heater operating unattended without appropriate oversight, reasonable safety precautions, and due diligence.

Important Electrical Safety Guidelines for Boats and RVs
Boat and RV electrical systems often have limited capacity and substandard wiring that can be easily overloaded. The 1500-watt 12.5Amps high setting draws significant power and must never be operated unattended. Always manage your power usage responsibly to prevent circuit overloads, tripped breakers, or potential fire hazards.

  • Never connect this heater to a power strip or surge protector, as they may not be rated for the required load.
  • If an extension cord is necessary, keep it as short as possible and use only heavy-duty cords rated 12 AWG or larger.
  • Maintain awareness of your overall power budget. For example, with a 30-amp shore power connection, monitor all running appliances to ensure the total draw stays below the limit.
  • Multiple AC outlets are frequently wired to a single circuit breaker, typically rated at 15 amps. Ensure the heater and any other devices on the same circuit do not exceed this rating.
