The Xtreme 250W XSMALL Enclosure Heater is built for small, enclosed spaces where you need dependable freeze protection but don’t have room for a larger heater. It’s an ideal solution for maintaining warmth in compact areas like jet ski compartments, small pump/water spaces, battery compartments, overlander van compartments, electronics cabinets, small generators, NEMA cabinet heater, and small air compressor enclosures, plus other tight compartments where critical equipment needs protection in harsh winter conditions.

MICRO HEATER — SMALL ENCLOSED SPACES ONLY (250W)

The 250W Xtreme Enclosure Heater is designed to help maintain above-freezing temperatures in small, enclosed spaces up to approximately 50 cubic feet. It is best suited for sealed or mostly sealed areas such as utility bays, electrical cabinets, battery lockers, wet bays, and small equipment enclosures.

Actual coverage will vary depending on insulation, air leakage, outside temperature, and wind exposure. This model is not intended for medium-to-large compartments, open or drafty areas, or entire engine rooms. If your space is near the recommended size limit, has noticeable air leakage, or will be exposed to extreme cold, we recommend moving up to a higher-wattage Xtreme Heater, such as a 400W model or larger, for added freeze protection.

Not recommended for entire engine rooms or as the only source of heat in larger areas. If you’re concerned, upsize wattage.

This enclosed space heater is designed to protect equipment and lines in confined areas, not to heat large spaces. It’s also a great fit for bathrooms, under kitchen cabinets, freshwater lines, and around AC units where space is limited. Its compact footprint makes installation quick and simple, and versatile mounting options allow it to be positioned in nearly any orientation to make the most of tight installs.

If the space is open, drafty, or larger than a typical small compartment, step up to a higher-wattage model for reliable results. Important: The 250W XSMALL is not intended for engine rooms it’s purpose-built for small, hard-to-reach compartments that need consistent freeze prevention.
